The filling machine fills the liquid into bottles placed on the transport path by the machine operator. When the bottles are filled, the pneumatic stopper releases them to the capping and labeling station.
The equipment dispenses the cap fully automatically, from a sorter on the top of the machine.
The bottle full of liquid goes under the screw driver on a conveyor belt, where a pneumatic screw driver screws the cap on. We add a label to the already sealed bottle, which we provide with the date.
The equipment automatically jams and joins the bottom and top sheets of the cake. The cake is dispensed into the device's storage box.
This conveyor belt connects two previously separate pieces of equipment, a chocolate machine and a packaging machine. From the chocolate-making equipment, a belt acceleration track feeds 8 jam liners per row onto the cross-carrying chain. From this, the linzer goes to a jamming track, from where the packaging machine can pack the linzers at its own pace.
